*ATTENTION: THE “IMPORT TO PROJECT” FUNCTION DOESN’T WORK AS EXPECTED ON UNREAL ENGINE 5.4, 5.5 AND 5.6 (EXPORT FUNCTION DOES WORK AS INTENDED). DUE TO THE ENGINE UPDATE, THIS FUNCTION SAVES YOUR ICONS INTO CONTENT/ICONGENERATOR/MAPS OR CRASH THE EDITOR INSTEAD OF THE CHOSEN “LOCAL FOLDER PATH”. AN UPDATE WILL BE RELEASED AS SOON AS THIS ISSUE IS FIXED. FOR NOW, PLEASE USE THE DEFAULT EXPORT FUNCTION AND DRAG THE EXPORTED ICONS TO THE PROJECT. THANKS!
*Make sure to apply the sRGB fix shown in the video/docs if you’re using the “import” function (it will allow you to save the created icons within the editor).
